Fee flow

Spawning & wallets
Each indexed event will show wallet creation, purchase, amount, timestamp, and signatures. The pack stays empty until those records are verifiable.
Ledger & verification
The ledger will reconcile configured inflows with purchases. Explorer controls appear only when a valid on-chain signature is present.
PFP maker
The maker composes the approved mascot with original background and accessory layers. Its output is decorative and carries no ownership rights by itself.
